Dream holds are the equivalent of 'Free Weights' as opposed to ergonomic holds which are the equivalent of 'multigym equipment' which provide repetitive and isolated grip training. Our holds work on real challenging grip positions. Outside, real rock is never as ergonomic or as accommodating as the artistic holds currently available on the market - fact.
