Fixing System
SMARTr Indoor Climbing Holds (patent pending) - Countersink bolts mechanically destroy climbing holds, acting like a wedge. We redirected these unwanted forces directly to the climbing wall, adding a dynamic dampening system that exerts an opposing force against the bolt head resisting premature loosening and absorbs loads exerted through tightening.
Importantly for work place Health and Safety - our system removes the dangerous vibrations experienced by route setters during tightening!
BREAKr anti explosion system - Backing up our SMARTr Holds, this anchors major parts of the climbing hold together if they split. Our system also exists on anti rotation points. Our big holds have an internal mesh to hold them together in the event of a breakage.
ANTIr System – Every one of our holds has an anti rotation screw point as standard.
Our climbing and bouldering holds are independently tested to comply with EN12572 Part 3 March 2009.
