We have started 3 National Ranking Competitions in Scotland.
• Primary Inter Schools
• Scottish Bouldering Championships
• Scottish Climbing Championships.
We have taken 3 of our kids to first place at National Competitions in the same year. I work with the Scottish members of the British Team and i established the countries first Volunteer Real Rock introductory sessions for the MC of S. I have also established the Youth Development Working Group which wrote the next 4 year strategy for Sport Scotland funding for youth climbing in Scotland.

As director, I’ve been climbing for 18 yrs, 6 as a fulltime Red Bull sponsored athlete repeating the hardest mixed routes in the world and establishing my own. I’ve worked at the National Centre and have a PE Degree. I also hold the Countries highest Climbing Qualification the MIC Award.
